A news list module that can show the featured news item or latest one, depending on how it is set up in backend.

News Featured instructions:

- Set News Item as featured;
- Set the list to show only 1 item and show only featured (the latest featured will be shown);
- Set the grid list to not show featured;

Latest News as featured instructions:
- Set the list to show all, but select limit to 1;
- In the grid list, select to show all, but set Skip to 1 - in that way, the latest will be skipped, and it will not be shown as duplicate in the grid;
